Do you offer local pick-up or delivery?
Yes, we offer both local pick-up and delivery within the Greater Vancouver area.
Do you deliver outside of the Greater Vancouver area?
Currently, we only provide delivery within Greater Vancouver.
Do you offer shipping?
At this time, we do not offer shipping. We focus on local delivery and pick-up for customers within Greater Vancouver. We hope to offer shipping in the future!
Can you deliver directly to my recipient?
Yes! We’re happy to hand deliver directly to your recipient to make gift-giving as seamless as possible.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the order details, but typically, we aim to deliver within 1-3 business days. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date once your order is confirmed and the deposit has been paid.
Can I order multiple gift boxes?
Absolutely! You can order as many gift boxes as you need, whether it's for a single occasion or multiple recipients. Please fill out our Custom Gifting Inquiry Form and we'll be in touch shortly.
Can you accommodate bulk orders?

Are your gift baskets customizable?

How does your custom gifting service work?
Simply fill out our Custom Gifting Inquiry Form, and we’ll get in touch to discuss your needs, budget, and preferences. Then, we’ll handle everything—from curating items to delivering the finished gift.
Will my order look exactly the same as shown online?
Since each gift is custom curated, there may be slight variations, but we always maintain the same high quality and thoughtful presentation.
Can you include a personalized note in my order?
Yes, we can include a handwritten note with your personal message for that special touch.
What is your return policy?
Due to the custom nature of our gift baskets, all sales are final. However, if there are any issues with your order, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
What if my order contains alcohol?
Orders containing alcohol must be received at the delivery address by a person who is 18 years or over. The recipient may be required to provide a valid identification for proof of age to sign for the product. Deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left if the destination is unattended and the customer or recipient may be contacted to rearrange delivery.
What should I do if my order or an item arrived damaged?
We take the upmost care to pack our gift boxes and baskets so that they remain safe and intact on arrival. Should there be an item that is broken or damaged, please reach out to info@toastgiftbaskets.com with the items details and I will make arrangements for a replacement item.
